For those who works and represent Sir James Mancham legacy/heritage, very vast strand of issues our community worked with him we maintained the approach of publishing what was only essential - not wishing to provoke and anger, vex those who judge as we acting beyond our boundaries. The facts remain the formulation for a greater Europe community workings was started/initiated under the Multi party government, Seychelles then Diplomatic and other high workings. We maintained this position /approach, Benchmark during the very many years.

In Seychelles having written for 25 years those workings are important to our community  and yesterday the visit to State House by Seychellois  Professor, Dr Ralph Etienne-Cummings beside then Cold war, mind engineering and the science and world of engineering including IT.

What would our Communities working be like in Europe, events in France, the Indian Ocean  had we managed to make this move and of course Britain.

Our founding fathers were Bible believing Christians, they brought Christianity to Britain and build their castles  knowledge  - beside the recent celebration of the Diocese of Victoria. Certain vital knowledge and information we listened to 3/8/17 over Church world workings, values and many aspects of truth and faith. The facts that for some nears 45 years our belief and values we have worked, impute and manages those Communities workings of our ancestors. This morning thinking about/over them.

Near 45 years ago, the Salzburg the Catholic and protestant Church and the Adventist - much more important the Cold War, Europe situation, society, politic and economy, media. It was a very very different world almost planet. Still what drove us to think of the idea of having some sort of Association /Representations for our Seychelles communities in Europe. As a young independent Nation our Rights in then Europe and the need to restructure our people, communities and ancestral workings  in Europe and the world. Those families from the Indian ocean then Europe, then France. How we were viewed, look and promoted by the Europeans, the Indian Ocean, Africa and the rest of the world, The then Salzburg of 1977 before the coup d'etat in Seychelles there were very few Refugees and exile,  in Salzburg today alone they represent 6% of the unemployment workings force. Other associated issues and challenges/problematic compare to our situation near 45 years ago. The need to equally stress the Academic discipline, sciences to manage Ethnic issues of European Communities near 45 years ago and over the years compared to Britain, France.

We are having to write this article under very stress conditions and environment - to clarify near 45 years ago Sir James Mancham and his University colleges and friends their education in Europe then how Seychelles and the Indian Ocean was seen/per sieved and their efforts to redress for their then knowledge and education and indeed before their times those of the Franco Seychellois children sent to be educated in Europe how they view then Europe, Britain and the Indian Ocean and their respective ancestral heritages and workings in Europe and France. Today this is changing importantly the education available to children of none Franco Seychelles  and what they learnt and know of History and their prospective of our workings and issues in Europe. Then Colonial Europe workings Britain, France and the others - the emancipation process if any  and Rights to defend their ancestral values under such circumstances and situation  - environments. Impacts on their thinking process and minds - energy. Those Institutions and authorities who deem they alone held/had the rights to  promote and mange such heritage and values and their Laws.

Rotations and Appointments of Ambassadors of Seychelles

In line with President Danny Faure’s vision of providing an efficient and professional diplomatic service for the benefit of the people of Seychelles, a rotation plan as well as new appointments of the Heads of Seychelles' missions abroad have been undertaken.

The appointments are as follows:

1. Ambassador Ronny Jumeau will be the Seychelles Permanent Representative to the United Nations. He will also be accredited as Ambassador to the United States of America.

2. Ambassador Beryl Samson will be recalled to headquarters from New York and will head the Seychelles Permanent Mission in Geneva, Switzerland, in January 2018.

3. Seychelles will officially open a mission in Havana, Cuba. Ambassador Joseph Nourrice will head that respective mission as of April 2017.

4. High Commissioner Derick Ally has replaced High Commissioner Marie-Pierre Lloyd following her retirement. He assumed his function in London in February 2017.

5.  Ambassador Selby Pillay will continue to head the Seychelles mission in Brussels, Kingdom of Belgium. He assumed that position in March 2015.

6. The High Commission of Seychelles in Pretoria, Republic of South Africa, is headed by High Commissioner Marie-Antoinette Rose who assumed her function in January 2017.

7. The Seychelles Embassy in Beijing, People’s Republic of China, will continue to be lead by Ambassador Vivianne Fock-Tave.

8. The Permanent Mission to the African Union and Embassy in Addis Ababa, Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, is to be headed by Ambassador David Pierre. He will assume office once his agrément is granted by the Ethiopian authorities.

9. High Commissioner Conrad Mederic will head the Seychelles mission in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

10. High Commissioner Philippe Le Gall will head the Seychelles mission in New Delhi, Republic of India.

11. Ambassador Jean-Claude Adrienne will head the Seychelles mission in the United Arab Emirates. He will assume office in May 2017.

12. Ambassador Sylvestre Radegonde has been appointed as Ambassador to France. He will assume office once he has obtained agrément from the French authorities. Ambassador Bernard Shamlaye will be retiring from the diplomatic service in May 2017.

In order to maximize benefits to Seychelles, all of the Nation’s Ambassadors will be concurrently accredited to a small number of targeted jurisdictions in their proximity, defined by the importance of the multifaceted relations with Seychelles. This policy is currently being defined.

We had been concentrating on sorting that deadline for the Truth Commission Commission Committee when we saw two important news flash the incident in London and the appointment of the new Ambassador -

It is not going to be great or good if we have to address the EU Court and the Council of Europe or the Commission and start protesting to the political parties in France  - Ambassador Bernard Shamlaye​ - We have that Truth Commission and the Anti Corruption Commission we will be addressing them on his person  too -

This is not the era of President F Mitterrand - the last European election and outcome, since  those who requested we contribute to Europe workings and Economy, the mega Exile/Refugees bust up in Europe and that SIROP controversial program continuation  - We have Britexit mega debacle - in France the real situation - the string of scandal affecting current France do not force/compel my person to say/write things/thematic in public others will find distasteful - the Person of President Holland will have to confirm his appointment - we oppose this appointment.  Beside the Government and the President of Seychelles is not being sensitive enough what the last election presidential and National assembly was all about - we have compromise we could have been heavy handed - in our responsibility

We had long began to complain of what we judge and term abuses, the Indian Ocean Earthquake and Tsunami of 2004/5 had impacted and the outcome and those still fighting to seek fund to help rebuild and help with recovery and the same time the global economy  and the mega abuses and dreadful benchmark which brought the world to its knees in 2008  -

To prevent us and others from being too defensive, protesting and lobbying against the ongoing situation - the European Anti Terror Legislation, the creation of Guantanamo bay Camp and all those involved Including Mauritius and South Africa- the idea was give complete free hand to the politician  and they were to say and undertake any crooked and corrupted action - those who dared talk were branded Terrorist and Taliban and Al khaida. . Those in Seychelles who signed up to the European Anti-terrorist Legislation and forgetting the International Criminal Court of Justice objective and purpose of setting up /creation.

We have written of economic linkage of that SIROP program, international project linkage and gearing/leveraging - our then Seychelles and Indian ocean working, the Mega Dam project in China we had contributed to and involved - countless other and today just a Europe is creaming and filling their pant - every body forgetting and their heads full of saw dust - how we had done and work those issues and as such the unique experience and knowledge. Which could be reapplied in the future. We had know who they were and indirectly worked with them on those issues until that SIROP program - we knew and were very aware of the capacity and challenge the West faced to confront the force of the East and Warsaw Pact, China -specially the wired and strange, ambiguity workings of the West, Britain and the USA in the Indian Ocean - therefore went to the "heritage of those Norman in the Indian Ocean"  and Britain, France across the world to join up  and work/promote that SIROP program contents. During the past 30 years of implementing that program those who know a very great deal and yet what the media write and what so call experts write on the issues and those in France and Britain in particular. The very many highly important EU issues we worked together, USA, NATO, UN, Africa union, Francophone. In calling for a review and rewriting of that SIROP program, they would have had to be re-engaged and the experience and knowledge reapplied and brought up to date. The British Government, French government, the USA government  and those from the EU , those from Russia and former East Europe and China, Africa, Gulf Region have known about these all along and so too the Vatican and Church of England. That was why we had wanted to use the Minitel platform/system as connectivity for the WWW project .
